On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Return Policy:- Fall and Spring semesters:
Refunds and Exchanges will only be made within the first week after the
start of the semester.
- Interim semesters:
Refunds and exchanges will only be made within the first three days
after the start of the session.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to the following:
- All refunds and exchanges must have original store receipt
- All refunds and exchanges must be in original saleable condition
- New and/or shrink-wrapped books must be returned in original packaging
- Custom material and course readers are not returnable
- "Yellow Tag Special" books are not returnable for any reason
- Personal check purchases must clear, and will be subject to a 7 to 10 day waiting period before a refund will be issued. You still must contact the bookstore within the refund period
- Purchasing credit/debit card must be present at time of refund or exchange
- Coupons, promotions, and specials are not refundable
- Price adjustments will not be made on any prior purchases
- Receipts may not be combined in order to receive discounts
- Refunds that do not follow these guidelines will be bought back at wholesale value
